Helping the next generation learn how to reduce, reuse and recycle
We’re passionate about helping young people understand the importance of sustainability and reducing waste. Across Torbay, we deliver engaging waste and recycling education through assemblies, interactive workshops, and site visits - making learning hands-on and fun.
In partnership with Resource Futures, during the 2024-25 academic year we worked with 1,453 children and 95 adults, delivering sessions that 100% of teachers rated as “Excellent”. These workshops are valued as a meaningful addition to the curriculum, combining real-life relevance with interactive activities that spark curiosity and action.
Children love the sessions - and they leave inspired to make positive changes at home and school, sharing what they’ve learned with their families.
