Southwest Integrated Services Company (SWISCo) Limited is Torbay Council’s wholly owned service delivery company responsible for the delivery of all functions and services associated with:
- Waste & Recycling
- Highways & Transport
- Parks & Green Infrastructure
- Street Cleansing
- Business Commercial and Fleet
The Company also carries out work for other public and private organisations to provide added value and improve the cost effectiveness of universal service provided to all residents on behalf of Torbay Council.
